My name Rose and I am lactose intolerant.
They say the first step to recovery is admitting it, so here I am!
Lactose makes me very sick and as my New Years resolution I've decided to take control and put an end to it. I'm not going to eat lactose, but I'm also going to make sure I eat good foods too.
I'm not going to settle for boring foods either.
I love food. Cooking food, eating food, reading recipes or even just looking at pictures.
Come on a journey with me and we'll see where we end up...
